摘　　要：以河钢唐钢新区为例,介绍了河钢唐钢新区的不同环境腐蚀性分区及等级,根据设计防腐年限,选择了不同组合的底漆、中间漆、面漆防腐涂装设计方案,并从表面处理前处理、表面处理、涂装施工、涂层修补及涂装质量控制几个环节对涂装施工提出了详细要求。Taking Tanggang New Area of Hegang as an example,this paper introduces different environmental corrosion zones and grades of Tanggang New Area of Hegang.According to the design anticorrosion years,different combinations of primer,intermediate paint and top paint anti-corrosion coating design schemes are selected,and detailed requirements are put forward for coating construction from the aspects of pre-treatment,surface treatment,coating construction,coating repair and coating quality control.
