摘　　要：归纳总结预拌混凝土质检员的岗位职责及内业资料,探讨预拌混凝土质检员应掌握的混凝土施工配合比基准规律及常用的技术调整手段,从砂含水率的应用及授权,外加剂掺量和总用水量多少的判断,混凝土试件留置规则,配合比调整授权4方面分析预拌混凝土质检员在生产质量控制过程中的常见问题及解决途径。This paper summarizes the job responsibilities and internal information of ready-mixed concrete quality inspectors,discusses the basic law of concrete construction mix ratio and common technical adjustment means that the ready-mixed concrete quality inspectors should master,from the application and authorization of sand water content,the adjustment of the amount of admixture and the total water consumption,the indwelling rules of concrete samples,and the adjustment authorization of concrete mix ratio 4 aspects,it analyzes the common problems and solutions of ready-mixed concrete quality inspectors in the production quality control process.
