摘　　要：对DC公司幼儿园项目施工预算管理存在的问题进行梳理,得出4个主要影响因素:施工预算施工材料费用、施工进度安排、管理人员的素质和专业技术水平、当地预算定额。继而运用PDCA循环图法、预算控制图法,有针对性地提出精细化物料管理和审核机制、施工进度与施工预算的动态管理、增强施工和预算人员的预算控制意识、积极完善预算编制定额制度4条改进措施。This article combs out the problems existing in the construction budget management of the kindergarten project of DC Company,and obtains four main influencing factors for the construction budget:construction budget,construction material costs,construction schedule,quality and professional technical level of management personnel,and local budget quota.Then,using PDCA cycle chart method and budget control chart method,four targeted improvement measures are proposed to improve the construction budget management level of DC company and build a more scientific and complete budget management system,including refining the material management and review mechanism,dynamic management of construction progress and construction budget.
