摘 要:【目的】以不同视角观察不同计数方法对专利总量及专利密集型产业的影响,分析比较整数型与分数型计数方法的优劣,以求促进专利密集型产业进一步发展。【方法】采用分析和比较的方法,从专利密集型产业本身着手,逐步分析专利密集型产业中专利的特点、专利技术方法的重要性以及不同计数方法对统计数据的影响。【结果】采用整数型计数方法不仅有利于观察新专利的增加数量,而且便于观察各个行业的专利规模,能获得更简单、直观的数据效果。【结论】专利密集型产业的专利计数方法可考虑使用整数型计数方法。[Purposes]This paper observes the impact of different counting methods on the total number of patents and patent-intensive industries from different perspectives,analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of integer and fractional counting methods,so as to promote the further development of patent-intensive industries.[Methods]Starting from the patent-intensive industry itself,this paper adopts the method of analysis and comparison,and gradually analyzes the characteristics of patents in patent-intensive industries,the importance of patented technology and methods,and the influence of different counting methods on statistical data.[Findings]The integer counting method is not only conducive to observing the increase in the number of new patents,but also convenient for observing the scale of patents in various industries,which has a simpler and more intuitive data effect.[Conclusions]The patent counting method of patent-intensive industries can consider to use the integer type.
