摘　　要：目的观察分析精细化管理对乳房病损微创旋切术患者手术室护理质量及手术效率的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月于医院行乳房病损微创旋切手术治疗的80例乳腺纤维腺瘤患者,随机分为两组,对照组采取常规管理,观察组采取精细化管理。比较两组手术室护理质量、手术效率及护理满意度。结果观察组器械准备质量、麻醉消毒质量、无菌管理质量及护理配合质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术前准备时间、患者转运时间及手术用时均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理有助于改善乳房病损微创旋切术患者手术室护理质量,提高手术效率,提升护理满意度。Objective:To observe and analyze the influence of meticulous management on the nursing quality and operation efficiency of patients with breast lesions undergoing minimally invasive rotary surgery.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,80 patients with breast fibroadenoma were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine management,while the observation group was given fine management.The nursing quality,operation efficiency and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of instrument preparation quality,anesthesia and disinfection quality,aseptic management quality and nursing cooperation quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The preoperative preparation time,patient transport time and operation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fine management is helpful to improve the quality of nursing in operating room for patients with breast lesions undergoing minimally invasive rotary surgery,improve the efficiency of surgery and enhance nursing satisfaction.
