中医康复护理在脑外伤术后患者后遗症康复中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨中医康复护理在脑外伤术后患者后遗症康复中的临床价值。方法选取南通市通州区中医院2023年1月至2023年10月收治的160例脑外伤术后患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(80例)与观察组(80例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用中医康复护理。比较两组神经功能与认知功能。结果两组护理后NIHSS评分均低于护理前,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理后NCSE评分均高于护理前,观察组NCSE评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医康复护理在脑外伤术后患者后遗症康复中的临床价值较高,有助于改善患者神经功能与认知功能。Objective:To explore the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing in the rehabilitation of sequelae of patients after brain injury surgery.Methods:160 patients with traumatic brain injury treated in Tongzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nantong City from January 2023 to October 2023 were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into control group(80 cases)and observation group(80 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing.The neurological function and cognitive function were compared between the two groups.Results:The NIHSS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the NIHSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The NCSE scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the NCSE scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing has high clinical value in the rehabilitation of sequelae of patients with brain injury after operation,which is helpful to improve the neurological function and cognitive function of patients.
