摘　　要：目的:分析研究责任制整体护理在慢性病患者饮食健康教育方面的效果。方法:本次研究对象为2022年02月到2023年12月期间到我院接收的慢性病患者,例数为78例,分为对照组、观察组均39例。对照组的患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施责任制整体护理,观察两组患者接受不同护理措施后的护理满意度、健康知识掌握率、自我管理能力、生活质量、自我效能。结果:对比护理满意度,观察组占比高于对照组,护理满意度相差较大,P<0.05。对比健康知识掌握率,观察组占比高于对照组,健康知识掌握率相差较大,P<0.05。对比自我管理能力,观察组测定值高于对照组,自我管理能力相差较大,P<0.05。对比生活质量,观察组测定值高于对照组,生活质量相差较大,P<0.05。分析自我效能,观察组测定值高于对照组,自我效能相差较大,P<0.05。结论:随着责任制整体护理的规范实施,对慢性病患者具有提高健康知识掌握率、自我管理能力、生活质量及自我效能的作用,很大程度上提高了护理满意度。Objective:This study aimed to analyze the impact of holistic care on dietary health education for patients with chronic diseases.Methods:A total of 78 patients with chronic diseases were enrolled in our hospital from February 2022 to December 2023,with 39 in the control group and 39 in the observation group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group implemented the overall responsibility system.We assessed the nursing satisfaction,health knowledge mastery rate,self-management ability,quality of life,and self-efficacy of the patients in the two groups after receiving different nursing measures.Results:The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group also demonstrated a higher health knowledge mastery rate,self-management ability,quality of life,and self-efficacy compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized implementation of the responsibility system significantly improved health knowledge,self-management ability,quality of life,and self-efficacy,leading to a substantial enhancement in nursing satisfaction.
