摘　　要：目的观察分析早期胃肠内营养支持护理对大面积烧伤患者营养指标及创面愈合的影响。方法筛选2020年1月至2023年12月医院收治的80例大面积烧伤患者,根据护理方式不同分为两组。对照组采取胃肠外营养支持,研究组采取早期胃肠内营养支持护理。对比两组营养指标、康复效果与生活质量。结果研究组干预后Alb、Hb与TRF均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组创面渗液评分低于对照组,创面愈合时间、正氮平衡时间及住院时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组干预后物质功能、社会功能、日常生活与心理功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期胃肠内营养支持护理可有效改善大面积烧伤患者营养状况,促进创面愈合及康复,减少相关并发症,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To Objective To observe and analyze the effect of early enternal nutrition support nursing on nutritional indexes and wound healing of patients with extensive burns.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2023,80 patients with extensive burn were screened and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group received parenteral nutrition support,while the research group received early enternal nutrition support nursing.The nutritional index,rehabilitation effect and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,Alb、Hb and TRF in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound exudation score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the wound healing time,positive nitrogen balance time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of material function,social function,daily life and psychological function in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early enternal nutrition support nursing can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients with extensive burns,promote wound healing and rehabilitation,reduce related complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
