摘　　要：目的分析河北省2019年风疹流行病学特征,为控制风疹疫情提供科学依据。方法利用中国疾病预防控制信息系统和全国麻疹/风疹监测信息报告管理系统,收集河北省2019年风疹病例个案资料,描述分析风疹疫情流行病学特征。结果河北省2019年报告风疹病例1247例,发病率为1.65/10万;张家口市、唐山市和秦皇岛市报告病例例数最多;病例发病高峰在5月;10~<20岁年龄组发病例数为1122例,占全部病例数的89.98%;10~<20岁年龄组无免疫史或不详的例数为1034例,占该年龄组例数的92.16%。河北省共报告119起风疹暴发疫情,主要集中在学校,中学生发病例数较多。结论2019年河北省10~<20岁年龄组风疹发病率明显高于其他年龄组,免疫史空白人群较多,发病风险较高,建议该人群进行风疹类疫苗补充免疫。Objective To analyze the epidemiologic features of rubella in Hebei Province in 2019,and to provide a scientific basis for controlling the rubella epidemic.Methods Using the Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System and the National Measles/Rubella Surveillance Information Reporting and Management System,the data of rubella cases in Hebei Province in 2019 were collected,and the epidemiologic features of rubella were described and analyzed.Results A total of 1247 rubella cases were reported in Hebei Province in 2019,with an incidence rate of 1.65/100000.The cities of Zhangjiakou,Tangshan and Qinhuangdao reported the highest number of cases.The peak of cases incidence was in May.The number of cases in the age group of 10-<20 years old was 1122,accounting for 89.98%of all cases.The number of cases with no or unknown immunization history in the age group of 10-<20 years old was 1034,accounting for 92.16%of the cases in this age group.A total of 119 rubella outbreak epidemics were reported in Hebei Province,mainly concentrated in schools,with a higher number of cases among middle school students.Conclusion In 2019,the incidence of rubella in the age group of 10-<20 years old in Hebei Province is significantly higher than that of other age groups,and the number and risk of morbidity is higher among people with no immunization history.It is recommended that a supplementary immunization with rubella vaccine be provided to this group.
