中职女生手机依赖与心理健康的关系研究

摘　　要：为研究中职女生手机依赖与心理健康的关系,使用问卷调查法对中职女生心理健康和手机依赖的现状进行调查,并在此基础上对二者之间的关系进行分析。研究揭示了父母教育的缺失对中职女生的影响以及中职女生在校学习生活中自身心理健康调节方面存在的问题等。研究发现:中职女生手机依赖与心理健康之间呈显著正相关,手机依赖越严重,心理健康越容易出现问题。父母是否外出打工和家庭居住地对中职女生的心理健康有正向预测作用。针对研究揭示的问题,结合中职女生生活实际,从社会监管与责任、学校教育、家庭关怀和提升自我管理能力四个方面提出了对策建议。This paper analyzes the relationship between mobile phone dependence and mental health of secondary vocational schoolgirls according to the questionnaire survey.The study reveals the influence of the lack of parental education on the secondary vocational school girls and the problems existing in the adjustment of their mental health in school life.There is a significant positive correlation between mobile phone dependence and mental health.The more serious mobile phone dependence,the more likely mental health problems.Whether parents work outside the home or not and where the family lives have a positive predictive effect on the mental health.Therefore,this paper proposes four suggestions:social supervision and responsibility,school education,family care and improving self-management ability.
