摘 要:随着电子汽车衡在现代交通和物流领域的广泛应用,电子汽车作为现代交通和物流领域的重要设备,承担着货物称重和计量的任务,保证其准确性和可靠性成为重要任务。然而,在电子汽车衡的检定过程中,常常会出现一些问题,如称量数值误差过大、不回零问题以及仪表显示问题。本论文通过分析这些常见问题的根源,并提出相应的解决方法,以期改善电子汽车衡的检定精度和可靠性。With the wide application of electronic truck scales in the field of modern transportation and logistics,electronic vehicles,as important equipment in the field of modern transportation and logistics,undertake the task of weighing and measuring goods,and ensuring their accuracy and reliability has become an important task.However,in the verification process of electronic truck scales,there are often some problems,such as excessive errors in weighing values,non-zero problems,and instrument display problems.This paper analyzes the root causes of these common problems and proposes corresponding solutions to improve the verification accuracy and reliability of electronic truck scales.
