摘　　要：[研究目的]面对未来产业复杂不确定的竞争环境,如何前瞻、快速、精准地研判其发展态势和面临的竞争形势,对区域和企业赢得未来产业发展先机具有重要作用。构建未来产业技术竞争情报服务体系,能够根据未来产业不同发展阶段的技术竞争需求提供快速精准的技术竞争情报,助力未来产业前瞻布局。[研究方法]通过归纳总结和理论提炼的方法,基于未来产业发展演化不同阶段,从服务需求目标、服务主体、情报源、处理方法、知识产品和服务对象等技术竞争情报要素考虑,构建了未来产业技术竞争情报服务体系,提出未来产业技术竞争情报服务运行机制和未来产业技术竞争情报服务体系发展策略。[研究结论]未来产业面临的竞争更加激烈、环境更加复杂,对技术竞争情报的需求更加强烈,对技术竞争情报服务体系的要求更加复杂,需要在研判未来产业演化阶段的基础上根据未来产业不同发展阶段的技术情报需求构建未来产业技术竞争情报服务体系,其运行机制包括情报需求牵引机制、情报源与情报收集集成机制、情报智能分析机制、情报研判与群体智力集成机制和情报供给对接与协同机制,其发展的策略包括加快建立未来产业情报支撑战略、加快构建数据时代的科技情报支撑平台、制度性加强多元主体协同参与的情报共同体建设等。[Research purpose]Facing the complex and uncertain competitive environment of the future industries,how to study and judge its development trend and competition situation prospectively,quickly and accurately plays an important role in winning the future industrial development opportunities for regions and enterprises.The construction of future industrial technology competitive intelligence service system can provide fast and accurate technical competitive intelligence according to the technological competition needs of different stages of development of future industries,which can help the prospective layout of future industries.[Research method]Based on evolution stages of future industries,the referred system is built from the aspects of service demand objectives,service subjects,intelligence sources,processing methods,intellectual products and service objects with the methods of induction and theoretical refinement.And then,the operation mechanism of technology competitive intelligence service for future industries and the development strategy of the corresponding service system are proposed.[Research conclusion]The increasingly intense competition and complex environment that future industries face expedites a stronger demand for technological competitive intelligence and more complex requirements for the service system.Building a technology competitive intelligence service system for future industries requires accurate assessing of their evolutionary stage and technology intelligence demand.The operational mechanism of the system includes intelligence demand traction mechanism,intelligence sources and intelligence collection integration mechanisms,intelligent analysis mechanism,the integration mechanism of intelligence study and judgment and group intelligence,information supply docking and coordination mechanism.Development strategies for the system are summarized as accelerating the establishment of future industrial intelligence support strategy,accelerating the construction of a scientific and technologi
