摘　　要：近年来,腰椎退行性疾病的发病率日趋攀升,绝大多数患者需要通过外科手术进行治疗。腰椎椎间融合术是腰椎退行性疾病有效的治疗方式,获得了较好的疗效,但术后常发生终板损伤。本文从患者自身因素、融合器因素、手术因素等方面对腰椎退行性疾病腰椎椎间融合术后终板损伤影响因素的研究进展进行综述。In recent years,the incidence of lumbar degenerative diseases has increased,and the vast majority of patients need surgical treatment.Lumbar interbody fusion has proven to be an effective treatment for lumbar degenerative diseases,yielding favorable outcomes.However,post-surgical endplate injury remains a common compilation.This article reviews the research progress on the factors influencing endplate injury after lumbar interbody fusion in patients with lumbar degenerative diseases,focusing on patientrelated factors,fusion device factors and surgical factors.
