全钢架保温棉墙体轻简化日光温室的创新设计与建造

摘　　要：为有效解决传统温室造价高、用工多等问题,有效提高日光温室的建造效率,提升设施农业科技水平,创新设计了全钢架保温棉墙体轻简化日光温室。全钢架保温棉墙体轻简化日光温室是以轻质材料保温棉(玻璃丝棉)为墙体(包括后墙、山墙)、以全钢骨架组装配套的日光温室,相对于传统土墙温室,具有建造成本低、建造周期短、施工轻便、建造及拆卸方便,节省土地、不破坏自然环境,抗风、抗压能力强,空间大,有利于组装并应用智能水肥一体化、远程终端控制等物联网设施设备,便于设施园艺新产品、新技术的组装配套等优势。建造1座长70 m、跨度10 m的全钢架保温棉墙体轻简化日光温室,造价约为13.87万元,平均198.14元/m^(2),比传统土墙温室总成本减少3万元以上,适宜在河西走廊及西北地区的戈壁、耕地上推广,特别适合在戈壁荒漠地区开展葡萄、樱桃等园艺作物产品的提早、延迟上市栽培,及其他水果及蔬菜、花卉等园艺作物的1年2茬或周年生产及种苗繁育。In order to effectively solve the problems of high cost and intensive labor in traditional greenhouses,improve the construction efficiency of greenhouses and enhance the level of facility agriculture technology,a light simplified greenhouse with all-steel frame and insulation cotton wall has been innovatively designed.The light simplified greenhouse with all-steel frame and insulation cotton wall is a assembled greenhouse by taking light material insulation cotton(glass wool)as the wall(including back wall,gable)and all-steel as frame,which has the advantages of low construction cost,short construction period,easy to construct and disassemble,saving land,protecting the natural environment,strong wind and pressure resistance,large space,easy to assemble and apply facilities such as intelligent water and fertilizer integration,remote terminal control and other Initial Operational Test(IOT),and other new horticultural products and new technologies compared with the traditional soil wall greenhouse.An above innovative greenhouse of long of 70 m and span of 10 m can cost 138700 yuan,namely 198.14 yuan/m^(2),whose total construction cost redued more than 30000 yuan compared with the traditional soil wall greenhouse.The innovative greenhouse is suitable for promotion in Hexi Corridor and the gobi areas and cultivated land of the northwest China,and especially suitable for early and delayed marketing of horticultural crops such as grapes and cherries,as well as two stubbles a year or annual production and seedling breeding of other fruits,vegetables,flowers and other horticultural crops in the gobi desert regions.
