摘  要:为了选育出适合华南地区栽培及满足市场高需求的芥蓝新品种和优化芥蓝生产技术规程,培育了商品性好、高产、优质、抗病性强的芥蓝新品种——利农优宝,其早中熟,叶片近圆形,叶面稍皱,叶色绿,薹色绿,口感脆嫩;丰产性和商品性好,单株质量141.5 g,平均667 m^(2)产量1263.6 kg;品质优良,可溶性固形物含量6.54%,维生素C含量516 mg/kg,粗纤维含量0.8%,蛋白质含量2.49%;中抗黑斑病。同时,对土地选择、整地、播种、水肥管理等技术环节进行了优化,较好地解决了芥蓝生产中存在的品种和生产技术问题,实现了芥蓝的优质、营养、安全生产。In order to select new Chinese kale variety suitable for cultivation in southern China and meeting high market demand and optimize the production technology regulations of Chinese kale,a new Chinese kale variety'Linongyoubao'with good commodity value,high yield,high quality and strong disease resistance was bred.This variety was early to medium ripe with nearly circular leaves,slightly wrinkled leaf surface,green leaf,green stem and a crispy and tender taste.It had good yield and commercialization with a single plant weight of 141.5 g and an average yield of 1263.6 kg per 667 m^(2).It had excellent quality with a soluble solid content of 6.54%,vitamin C content of 516 mg/kg,crude fiber content of 0.8%and protein content of 2.49%.Its resistance to black-spot disease was moderate.At the same time,technical processes such as land selection,land preparation,sowing,and management of water and fertilizer had been optimized,effectively solving the problems of variety and production technology in cultivation of Chinese kale,and achieving highquality,nutritious and safe production of Chinese kale.
