摘  要:以粉煤灰(CFA)为原料,通过控制酸碱改性剂投加顺序、酸碱改性剂用量等改性因素制备出六种不同形貌、不同比表面积的改性粉煤灰(MCFA),通过SEM、BET、EDS及XRD等表征手段对MCFA的结构进行表征。以配制的孔雀石绿(BG)染料溶液模拟染料废水,通过对BG染料的去除效果来确定最佳改性工艺条件。结果表明,采用酸碱两步改性法对CFA吸附能力的提升效果最为显著,对BG染料的去除率由61.48%提升至97.92%,吸附量由61.48 mg/g提高至97.92 mg/g,其形貌的变化表现出了对吸附能力的提高与改善。Using coal fly ash(CFA)as raw material,six kinds of modified coal fly ash(MCFA)with different morphology and specific surface area were prepared by controlling the order of modifier addition and the amount of modifier.The structure of MCFA was characterized by SEM,BET,EDS and XRD.The prepared basic green(BG)dye solution was used to simulate the dye wastewater,and the optimum modification process conditions were determined by the influence of BG dye removal rate.The results showed that the acid-base two-step modification method had the most significant effect on the adsorption efficiency of CFA,and the removal rate of BG dye increased from 61.48%to 97.92%,the adsorption capacity increased from 61.48 mg/g to 97.92 mg/g.The change of morphology showed the improvement of adsorption capacity.
