摘　　要：大庆油田目前已进入双特高后期开发阶段,储采比逐渐降低,SEC储量替换率仅为0.4左右,增储与稳产需求的矛盾日益加剧。通过对大庆油田目前SEC储采现状、增储特点、影响因素进行分析,认为资源品质下降、长期低油价、成本上升以及评估精细程度不足这4个方面是造成储采失衡的主要原因。为改善储采状况,大庆油田形成了较为有效的增储做法,结合大庆油田实际提出了加强技术创新与应用、提升新区勘探与开发效率、优化天然气资源利用、强化精细管理与成本控制、融入绿色发展与新能源等实现储采平衡的工作方向及增储策略。研究成果为东部同类老油田的长远高质量发展提供决策参考。Daqing Oilfield has entered late stage of dual ultra-high development,with reserves-production ratio gradually decreasing.SEC reserves replacement ratio is only around 0.4,and the contradiction between reserves increase and stable production requirements is increasingly severe.Analysis on SEC reserves-production status,reserves increase characteristics and influencing factors of Daqing Oilfield shows 4 main causes for reserves-production imbalance including decline in resource quality,long-term low oil price,rising costs and insufficient evaluation precision.In order to improve reserves-production situation,Daqing Oilfield has developed effective measures for reserves increase.Based on actual situation of Daqing Oilfield,work directions and strategies to achieve reserves-production equilibrium are proposed including enhancing technological innovation and application,improving exploration and development efficiency of new plays,optimizing natural gas resources utilization,strengthening fine management and cost control,and integrating green development and new energy.The research provides decision-making references for long-term high-quality development of similar mature oilfields in the east.
