摘  要:为探讨辐射作用对室内高温环境评价的影响,研究平均辐射温度对室内高温环境评价指标湿球黑球温度(TWBG)的影响规律。通过现场测试某铸造厂房的空气温度、相对湿度、空气速度及湿球黑球温度,揭示了平均辐射温度与空气温度的差异对室内TWBG的影响,研究了热环境参数空气温度、平均辐射温度及相对湿度随室内TWBG的变化规律,阐明了环境参数对平均辐射温度的补偿关系。结果表明:平均辐射温度与空气温度的差异会对室内TWBG造成显著影响;随着室内TWBG增大,平均辐射温度与空气温度升高、湿度降低;为保持相同的TWBG,平均辐射温度每升高1℃,可降低空气温度0.2~0.4℃或升高相对湿度1~2百分点进行补偿。研究结果为工业厂房室内环境参数设计及高温环境评价提供一定指导。To explore the influence of radiation on indoor thermal environment evaluation,the effect of the mean radiation temperature on indoor thermal environment evaluation index wet-bulb globe temperature(T WBG)was studied.The air temperature,relative humidity,air speed and T WBG of different work sites were tested in a foundry workshop.The variation law of mean radiant temperature and air temperature in the foundry workshop was analyzed,and the influence of the difference between mean radiant temperature and air temperature on indoor T WBG was revealed.The changes in thermal environment parameters such as air temperature,mean radiation temperature,and relative humidity with indoor T WBG were studied.The compensation relationship between environmental parameters and mean radiation temperature was revealed.The results show that the mean radiation temperature is approximately 10℃higher than the air temperature in the foundry workshop,and the difference between the mean radiation temperature and the air temperature has a significant impact on the indoor T WBG.As the indoor T WBG increases,the mean radiation temperature and air temperature increase while the humidity decreases.The air temperature and mean radiation temperature increases by an average of 1.75℃and 3℃,and the relative humidity decreases by an average of 5 percentage point when the T WBG increases by 1℃.When the T WBG reaches occupational exposure limits,the range of foundry workshop air temperature is 34.4-35.3℃,the range of mean radiation temperature is 28.2-33.4℃,and the range of relative humidity is 57.9%-60.9%.To maintain the identical T WBG,the air temperature reduces by 0.2-0.4℃or the relative humidity increases by 1-2 percentage point to compensate when the mean radiation temperature increases by 1℃.The research results can provide a reference for the design of indoor environmental parameters and thermal environment evaluation of industrial plants.
