摘 要:配电网运行的不确定性和量测误差的未知但有界性使得精准感知系统状态难以实现。为此,文中考虑多源量测环境提出了一种计及时延融合的配电网区间状态估计方法。首先,扩展微型同步相量测量装置的量测范围,增加高精度量测冗余,提出多源量测数据融合策略实现量测数据在采样时刻上的同步。其次,基于区间数建立计及量测不确定性的区间状态估计模型,并线性化区间量测函数以降低模型复杂度。然后,提出结合区间约束传播的改进Krawczyk-Moore(KM)算法求解区间状态估计模型,采用改进的KM算子设定合理的初始解区间,引入区间约束传播缓解KM算法区间过度扩张的问题。基于IEEE 33节点和IEEE 118节点配电系统的仿真结果表明,所提方法在保证区间完备性的同时有效降低了估计区间的保守性。The operational uncertainty of distribution networks and the unknown but bounded characteristic of measurement errors make it difficult to achieve accurate state awareness of the system.Therefore,this paper proposes an interval state estimation method for distribution networks considering time-delay fusion in multi-source measurement environments.First,the measurement range of the distribution-level phasor measurement unit(D-PMU)is expanded to increase high-precision measurement redundancy,and a fusion strategy for multi-source measurement data is proposed to achieve the synchronization of measurement data at the sampling time.Subsequently,an interval state estimation model considering measurement uncertainty is established based on the interval number,and the interval measurement function is linearized to reduce model complexity.Then,an improved Krawczyk-Moore(KM)algorithm combining interval constraint propagation is proposed to solve the interval state estimation model.The improved KM operator is employed to set a reasonable initial solution interval,and interval constraint propagation is introduced to alleviate the excessive expansion problem of intervals in the KM algorithm.Simulation results based on the IEEE 33-bus distribution system and the IEEE 118-bus distribution system show that the proposed method ensures interval completeness while reducing the conservatism of the estimated interval effectively.
