摘  要:EMC(电磁兼容)风险评估技术是一种新型的产品EMC性能评价技术,其通过确定风险要素,将产品实际设计的信息与理想模型中所有的风险要素进行比较并对风险要素进行赋值,以确定产品EMC风险。测量不确定度在电磁兼容(EMC)风险评估中扮演着重要的角色,尤其是在风险要素赋值的过程中起着至关重要的作用,因此EMC风险评估非常有必要考虑测量不确定度。在EMC风险评估中,测量不确定度的存在会影响风险要素的准确赋值。本文就如何应用测量不确定度对EMC风险评估的风险要素进行赋值展开探讨,以帮助评估者可以更准确地评估风险。EMC(Electromagnetic compatibility)risk assessment technology is a new product EMC performance evaluation technology,which determines the risk factors,compares the information of the actual design of the product with all the risk factors in the ideal model and assigns the risk factors to determine the product EMC risk.Measurement uncertainty plays an important role in electromagnetic compatibility(EMc)risk assessment,especially in the process of assigning risk factors,so it is necessary to consider measurement uncertainty in EMC risk assessment.In EMC risk assessment,the existence of measurement uncertainty will affect the accurate assignment of risk elements.This paper discusses how to use measurement uncertainty to assign value to the risk elements of EMC risk assessment,so as to help the evaluator to assess the risk more accurately.
