摘 要:为定量评估腐蚀损伤对2024-T62铝合金高周疲劳性能的影响,开展不同预腐蚀时间下的铝合金材料腐蚀疲劳试验,计算了给定特征疲劳寿命N=10^(5)对应的疲劳DFR值,绘制特征寿命的预腐蚀影响系数曲线。得到了铝合金漏斗形试样在预腐蚀192h后的DFR强度为197MPa,预腐蚀影响系数为0.75,不同预腐蚀时间下铝合金材料的S-N曲线。研究表明,2024-T62铝合金疲劳性能随着预腐蚀时间的增加而显著降低,预腐蚀初始阶段对材料疲劳性能影响更明显,盐水环境会促进合金薄板裂纹的萌生与扩展。To quantitatively evaluate the influence of corrosion damage on the high-cycle fatigue properties of 2024-T62 aluminum alloy,corrosion fatigue tests were carried out under different pre-corrosion times.Fatigue DFR values corresponding to the given characteristic fatigue life N=10^(5) were calculated,and the pre-corrosion influence coefficient curves of the characteristic life were drawn.The DFR strength of the funnel-shaped aluminum alloy sample after 192 h precorrosion was 197 MPa,the pre-corrosion influence coefficient was O.75,and the S-N curves of the aluminum alloy material under different pre-corrosion times were obtained.The results showed that the fatigue properties of 2024-T62 aluminum alloy decrease significantly with the increase of precorrosion time,and the initial stage of pre-corrosion had a more obvious effect on the fatigue properties of the material,and the brine environment may promote the initiation and propagation of cracks in the alloy sheet.
