千瓦级风冷燃料电池堆性能的研究分析

摘  要:风冷燃料电池较传统的质子交换膜燃料电池简化了冷却及供气系统,使其便携性能得到了极大的提高,但是对于风冷电堆的研究大部分趋向于小功率,本文设计、测试、研究了2kW的风冷燃料电池堆的性能,探究了实测风量和理论风量的关系,温度的分布情况以及氢气进出方式对电堆性能的影响。研究结果表明:电堆的实际风量仅为最大风量的80%;电堆的温度分布不均匀,靠近双极板或者电堆中间部分的温度较高;此电堆单电池片数为68片,最大功率达到了1.92kW;单进单出相对于双进双出氢气进出方式,电堆功率相当,但是电压一致性更好。Contract to the traditional water-cooled proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC),aircooled PEMFC has the characteristics of simple cooled and hydrogen inlet system,easily carried or moved.Based on 2 kw air-cooled PEMFC stack,the relationship between the practical and theoretical air flow rate under different duty cycle,temperature distribution on duel cell stack,the influence of hydrogen intake pattern on the performance of the average single cell output voltage,voltage consistency uniformity,power of stack were considered.The experimental results indicate that the practical air flow rate is only 80%of the max theoretical air flow rate;the temperature distribution on duel cell stack is uneven,the temperature close to bipolar plate or the middle of the fuel cell stack is higher than the side.Besides,the stack has 68 cell plates and the max electric power reaches 1.92 kw.Compare single-in single-out with double-in double-out hydrogen flow pattern,the electric power is pretty much the same,the former is better than the latter on the voltage consistency uniformity.
