摘  要:随着新一代信息技术产品和新能源汽车电子的不断发展,电磁兼容检测是检验产品性能和质量的重要环节。产品电磁兼容测试就需要有一套功能完善的电磁兼容实验室,并且电波暗室和测试系统的设计、设备选型和建设都需要遵循规范化、科学化。本文从设计和建设EMC实验室的角度出发,详尽阐述了建设EMC实验室的设计思想、指导原则和建设经验。根据实验室需求,介绍了EMC测试概念、EMC测试项目和测试标准。阐述了EMC电波暗室的核心构成、关键技术指标,以及EMC各个测试系统的组成。为电磁兼容暗室和测试系统设计者和建设者以及使用者提供科学的参考依据。With the continuous development of new generation information technology products and new energy vehicle electronics,electromagnetic compatibility testing is an important link in testing product performance and quality.The electromagnetic compatibility testing of products requires a fully functional electromagnetic compatibility laboratory,and the design,equipment selection,and construction of the anechoic chamber and testing system need to follow standardization and scientific.This article elaborates in detail on the design ideas,guiding principles,and construction experience of building an EMC laboratory from the perspective of designing and constructing an EMC laboratory.Based on laboratory requirements,the concept of EMC testing,EMC testing projects,and testing standards were introduced.Elaborate on the core composition,key technical indicators,and composition of various EMC testing systems of the EMC anechoic chamber.Provide scientific reference for designers,builders,and users of EMC anechoic chamber and testing systems.
