摘 要:蒙古栎(Quercus mongolica)原生境为弱酸性土壤,而华北平原土壤多偏盐碱性,盐碱化土壤会抑制其生长发育.探究接种不同外生菌根真菌(ECMF)提高蒙古栎耐盐性的作用机制,可为蒙古栎在北方城市森林建设中的应用提供依据.以在灭菌基质中培养的一年生蒙古栎容器苗为材料,分别接种厚环乳牛杆菌(Suillus grevillea,Sg)与美味牛肝菌(Boletus edulis,Be),然后对菌根化幼苗和对照进行120 mmol/L Na Cl胁迫浇灌处理,并在处理后的第12、24、36、48天测定植株的生长量、叶片离子含量、光合荧光参数和生理指标,以未接菌苗为对照(CK).结果表明,随着Na Cl胁迫时间延长和基质中Na Cl浓度增加,Na+在3组处理叶片中不断积累,其含量在第48天CK组中显著高于接种组,达到1.4 mg/g,而K+的含量则呈下降趋势,接种Sg和Be的蒙古栎幼苗的株高生长量、叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率及气孔导度均显著高于CK,且接种Sg和Be组的PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ潜在光化学活性(Fv/F0)在第24、36天相较于CK也有显著提升,其中Sg和Be组的Fv/F0在第36天为CK的1.2和1.3倍.Be组的非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)在第48天最高可达2.1,显著高于CK和Sg组.此外,接种组的相对电导率和丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于CK,而可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量显著高于CK,并且在第48天接种组叶片的POD、CAT活性显著高于CK,分别达到143.4 U g^(-1)min^(-1)和149.2 U g^(-1)min^(-1).本研究表明,对蒙古栎幼苗接种ECMF后,通过积累渗透调节物质和增强抗氧化酶活性,缓解了长时间盐胁迫对叶片细胞的损伤,从而保持蒙古栎幼苗叶片较高的光合活性,维持其正常生长,并且接种美味牛肝菌提高蒙古栎耐盐性的作用大于接种厚环乳牛杆菌.(图9参44)Quercus mongolica grows in weakly acidic soil in its native habitat,whereas the soils of its recipient habitat in the North China Plain are mostly saline-alkaline,which inhibits the growth and development of this woody plant.Therefore,this study aimed to investigate the mechanism of improving the salt tolerance of Q.mongolica seedlings after inoculation with different ectomycorrhizal fungi(ECMF)to provide a basis for the application of Q.mongolica in urban forest construction in northern China.In this study,we inoculated annual potted seedlings of Q.mongolica with two ECMF(Suillus grevillea,Sg;Boletus edulis,Be).We treated the annual non-mycorrhizated and mycorrhizated seedlings with 120 mmol/L NaCl,using non-mycorrhizated seedlings as a control(CK).Leaf growth,ion content,photosynthesis,and physiological indices were measured on the 12^(th),24^(th),36^(th),and 48^(th)days after treatment.The results demonstrated that along with the NaCl treatment time and NaCl concentration in the medium,Na+accumulated gradually in the leaves of the three treatment groups,and its content was significantly higher in the CK group than in the inoculated group at the 48^(th)day,reaching 1.4 mg/g,whereas the K+content demonstrated a decreasing trend.Plant height,leaf chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,and stomatal conductance of inoculated seedlings were significantly higher than those of CK.In addition,the maximal photochemical efficiency of PSII(Fv/Fm)and potential photochemical efficiency of PSII(Fv/F0)of the inoculated Sg and Be groups were significantly higher on days 24 and 36 compared with that of CK,with Fv/F0 of the Sg and Be groups being 1.2 and 1.3 times higher than that of CK at day 36.The non-photochemical burst coefficient(NPQ)of the inoculated group reached up to 2.1 on the 48th day,which was significantly higher than that of the CK and Sg.On the 48th day of the salt stress treatment,the relative conductivity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content of the inoculated seedlings were significantly lowe
