摘  要:利用2-氯乙氧基乙醇对端氨基硅油进行季胺化,并利用机械乳化法进行乳化制备聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纤维油剂,通过调节乳化剂的含量和乳化机的转速,最终确定出羟基改性氨基硅油与OP-10的质量比为3∶4,乳化转速为3000 r/min制备出的油剂粒径和分散性指数(PDI)最好,乳液液滴均匀统一,油剂热稳定性和离心稳定性良好。The amino-terminated silicone oil was quaternized by 2-chloroethoxyethanol,and the oil agents of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)carbon fiber precursor were prepared by the mechanical emulsification.By adjusting the contents of emulsifier and the speeds of emulsifying machine,the optimum experimental parameters were obtained.The results show that when the ratio of hydroxyl-modified amino silicone oil to OP-10 is 3∶4,and the emulsification speed is 3000 r/min,the particle sizes and polydispersity index(PDI)of the prepared oil agent are the best.The resulting emulsion droplets are uniform,and the thermal stability and centrifugal stability of the oil agent are good.
