摘  要:依据GB/T 19466.2—2004的方法,使用差示扫描量热仪对丙烯酸丁酯-苯乙烯-丙烯腈(ASA)树脂的玻璃化转变温度进行了测试,结合实验室的情况及实验过程对该法测定玻璃化转变温度可能的影响因素进行了分析,建立数学模型,分析不确定度分量的来源,进行测量不确定度评估。通过综合考察重复性测量、天平引入的误差、标准物质的标准值等因素,计算出ASA树脂玻璃化转变温度测定结果的合成不确定度,通过本研究,明确了关键控制点。通过测量不确定度评定,充分反映出中心检测结果的可靠性及准确性,同时起到激励检测人员提高技术水平的目的。According to the methods of GB/T 19466.2—2004,the glass transition temperature of acrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile(ASA)resin was tested by using a differential scanning calorimeter.The possible influencing factors of the glass transition temperature determined by this method were analyzed in combination with the laboratory conditions and the experimental process.A mathematical model was established to analyze the sources of uncertainty components and evaluate the uncertainty.By comprehensively examining factors such as repeatability of measurement,errors introduced by the balance,and standard values of reference materials,the synthetic uncertainty of glass transition temperature measurement results of ASA resin was calculated.Through this study,the key control points were identified.By evaluating the uncertainty,the reliability and accuracy of the testing results of the center were reflected.Testing personnel were motivated to improve their technical level.
