摘 要:本文探讨了元宇宙时代下制造业智能化质量提升的路径与策略。首先介绍了元宇宙时代的概念及其对制造业的影响。随后分析了制造业智能化发展的基本趋势,包括自动化生产、数据驱动优化、智能制造系统等。接着探讨了智能化技术对质量提升的影响,强调了其在生产过程监控、质量管理和质量控制方面的重要作用。然后针对智能化质量提升的策略,提出了技术创新与应用、数据驱动的质量管理和人才培养与团队建设等三点建议。最后指出了智能化质量提升面临的问题与挑战,包括技术更新、数据安全、技术复杂性和人才培养等方面的挑战,并对未来的发展进行了展望。本文旨在为制造业智能化质量提升提供理论参考和实践指导,推动制造业向更高质量、更高效率的方向发展。This paper discusses the path and strategy of intelligent quality improvement in manufacturing industry in the era of metaverse.First,the concept of the metaverse era and its impact on the manufacturing industry are introduced.Subsequently,the basic trends of intelligent development in the manufacturing industry are analyzed,including automated production,data-driven optimization,and intelligent manufacturing systems.Then,the impact of intelligent technology on quality improvement is discussed,and its important role in production process monitoring,quality management and quality control are emphasized.Then,according to the strategy of intelligent quality improvement,three suggestions were put forward,including technological innovation and application,data-driven quality management,talent training and team building.Finally,the problems and challenges faced by intelligent quality improvement are pointed out,including the challenges of technology updating,data security,technical complexity and talent training,and the future development is prospected.The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the improvement of intelligent quality in the manufacturing industry,and to promote the development of the manufacturing industry in the direction of higher quality and higher efficiency.
