摘 要:百年来,新能源汽车的发展几起几落。基于化解能源危机和治理环境污染的需要,各发达国家或地区纷纷出台了鼓励发展新能源汽车的政策,中国则提出了新能源汽车“三纵三横”发展战略。随着电池续航里程的稳定,充电等配套设置的完善,新能源汽车出现了产销两旺的景象。因此,根据新能源汽车研发制造企业对专业技术人才的需求,提出了基于整车、电机电池检测以及软件与控制的相关人才培养目标和就业方向。Over the past 100 years,the development of new energy vehicles has had several ups and downs.Based on the need to resolve the energy crisis and control environmental pollution,developed countries or regions have introduced policies to encourage the development of new energy vehicles,and China has put forward a new energy vehicle"three vertical and three horizontal"development strategy.With the stability of battery mileage and the improvement of supporting settings such as charging,new energy vehicles have seen a boom in production and sales.Therefore,according to the demand for professional and technical talents in the R&D and manufacturing enterprises of new energy vehicles,the relevant talent training goals and employment directions based on vehicle and motor battery testing and software and control are proposed.
