摘  要:在工业生产中,机械产品的流锈水问题一直是困扰着工艺技术人员的共性难题。水性防锈材料因其低挥发性有机化合物(VOC)排放、低毒性和易于处理的特点,近年来受到了广泛关注。本项目通过系统地筛选水性树脂、功能助剂和防锈添加剂及其配比,优化材料的配方,开发了一种高性能水性环保防锈成膜材料。通过广泛的实验室测试和玉柴公司生产线上的验证和应用,性能满足要求。In industrial production,the problem of flowing rust water of mechanical products has been a common problem plaguing process technicians.Water-based antirust materials have received wide attention in recent years due to their low volatile organic compound(VOC)emission,low toxicity and easy handling.In this project,a high-performance waterborne environmentally friendly rust prevention film-forming material was developed by systematically screening waterborne resins,functional additives and rust prevention additives and their ratios,and optimizing the formulation of the material.The performance meets the requirements through extensive laboratory tests and the verification and application on the production line of Yuchai Company.
