摘 要:本论文针对车桥服役过程中由于焊接质量不良引起的交通事故,引入超声波相控阵检测技术来完成对车桥焊缝质量的增强,并对在役和生产过程中的车桥焊缝进行超声波无损检测,达到安全监控和提高品质的目的。通过大量的数据分析和验证,并与金相检验进行比对,建立一套超声波相控阵的车桥焊缝质量评价方法。该方法可以通过监控焊接工艺过程,对焊接工艺的改进和生产过程的质量控制起到积极作用。此外,对在役的桥壳进行在役检测,可对桥壳的剩余寿命评价指导指导意义。相较于金相检验,该无损检测方法还具有成本优势。In view of the traffic accidents caused by poor welding quality in the service of axles,ultrasonic phased array detection technology is introduced to enhance the quality of axle welds,and ultrasonic nondestructive testing is carried out on axle welds in service and production process to achieve the purpose of safety monitoring and quality improvement.Through a large number of data analysis and verification,and compared with metallographic inspection,a set of ultrasonic phased array axle weld quality evaluation methods were established.This method can play a positive role in the improvement of the welding process and the quality control of the production process by monitoring the welding process.In addition,the in-service inspection of the in-service axle casing can guide the guiding significance of the remaining life evaluation of the axle casing.Compared with metallographic inspection,this non-destructive testing method also has cost advantages.
