摘　　要：产业学院是适应现代产业发展、深化协同育人的有效形式,是高校落实产教融合的重要载体,是构建行业产教融合共同体的坚实基础。目前我校与盐城德肯汽车有限公司合作建立德肯汽车产业学院,通过健全管理体制和运行机制、创新人才培养模式、建设教师队伍、建立实习实训基地、搭建产学研合作平台等方式,构建集人才培养、科学研究、技术创新、学生创业等功能于一体的人才培养实体,探索现代产业学院的建设模式,解决人才培养与产业需求的结构性矛盾,打造高效产教融合的示范区,实现现代产业学院可持续、内涵式创新发展。Industrial college is an effective form of adapting to the development of modern industry and deepening collaborative education,an important carrier for universities to implement the integration of industry and education,and a solid foundation for constructing industry-industry-education integration community.At present,our university cooperates with Yancheng Deken Automobile Co.,Ltd.to establish Deken Automobile Industrial College,to build a talent training entity integrating the functions of talent cultivation,scientific research,technological innovation,and student entrepreneurship through the methods of perfecting the management system and operation mechanism,innovating the mode of talent cultivation,constructing the teaching staff,setting up internship and training bases,and building a platform for cooperation between the industry and academia,and exploring the mode of construction of the modern industrial college to solve the structural contradiction between talent cultivation and industrial demand,to create a demonstration area of efficient industry-education integration,and to realize the sustainable and connotative innovative development of modern industrial colleges.
