摘  要:随着现在的新能源汽车的发展,越来越多品牌的新能源汽车可以供人们出行的选择,但是也就是随着新能源的发展,动力电池仓的安全也成了现在人们的主要安全问题。文章主要分析锂离子电池的充放电温度特性,以及锂离子电池发生热失控后参数的变化和环境,选择合适的传感器类型。并根据某一品牌的电动汽车现在已经有的监测方式,在其原来的监测位置的基础上,优化其传感器的位置,来提高监测的实效性、准确性,同时减少不必要的成本损耗。通过Pyrosim火灾模拟,进行火灾建模仿真。分析温度切片,布置合适的传感器位置,进行失火模拟分析,来判断方案的可行性和准确性。With the development of new energy vehicles,more and more brands of new energy vehicles can provide people with a choice for travel.However,with the development of new energy,the safety of power battery compartments has also become a major safety issue for people nowadays.This article mainly analyzes the charging and discharging temperature characteristics of lithium-ion batteries,as well as the changes in parameters and environment after thermal runaway of lithium-ion batteries,and selects appropriate sensor types.And based on the existing monitoring methods of a certain brand of electric vehicles,optimize the position of its sensors on the basis of its original monitoring position to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of monitoring,while reducing unnecessary cost losses.Conduct fire modeling and simulation through Pyrosim fire simulation.Analyze temperature slices,arrange appropriate sensor positions,and conduct fire simulation analysis to determine the feasibility and accuracy of the plan.
