摘　　要：针对普通麻纤维热压注塑模具在热压注塑过程中麻纤维板材易与挂针分离的情况,设计了带预夹紧结构的热压注塑模具,对带预夹紧结构的热压注塑模具进行了成型工艺分析、模具结构与工作过程介绍,阐述了带预夹紧结构的热压注塑模具的技术要点,通过实际生产应用确定了带预夹紧结构的热压注塑模具设计的合理性,提高了产品质量与生产效率。In response to the situation where hemp fiber cloth is easily separated from the hanging needle during the hot pressing injection molding process of ordinary molds,an injection mold with a pre clamping structure was designed.The molding process analysis,mold structure,and working process of the injection mold with a pre clamping structure were conducted,and the technical points of the injection mold with a pre clamping structure were explained.The rationality of the injection mold design with a pre clamping structure was determined through practical production application,Improved product quality and production efficiency.
