摘 要:提升安全带约束性能是安全带行业重点关注问题,构建完善的约束系统对乘员保护具有重要的研究价值。插锁作为汽车安全带重要组成部分,是系统优化研究的热点之一。柔性钢丝插锁和刚性钢板插锁是最常见的安全带插锁类型,文章通过仿真方式验证钢丝插锁和钢板插锁在碰撞过程中的表现,得出在滑台碰撞过程中柔性插锁与刚性插锁的约束效果不同,钢丝插锁对乘员约束性能更好,为优化被动安全约束系统提供更多选择性。Improving the restraint performance of seatbelt is the focus of the seatbelt industry,and constructing a perfect restraint system has important research value for occupant protection.As an important part of automobile seatbelt,buckle is a hot spot of system optimization research.Flexible cable buckle and rigid steel plate buckle are the most common types of buckle.This paper verifies the performance of cable buckle and rigid buckle in the crash by simulation.It is concluded that the restraint effect of fl exible buckle and rigid buckle in the sled crash is different,and the cable buckle has better occupants restraint performance,providing more selectivity for optimizing the passive safety restraint system.
