摘 要:目的利用稳定监测数据,分析探索青海省流行性感冒(简称“流感”)监测数据应用的新模式,为青海省早期流感防控和市民出行提供依据。方法基于青海省2012—2021年流感流行期和非流行期流感样病例百分比的第50百分位数(50th quartile,P50)、第75百分位数(75th quartile,P75)、第95百分位数(95th quartile,P95),监测全年每周流感病毒核酸阳性检出率和每周流感样病例暴发疫情起数的高低程度评分和计算权重系数,建立青海省“流感指数”综合评分方程。结果青海省“流感指数”分为流行期较高水平(Ⅰ级,指数值2.18~3.28)、中等水平(Ⅱ级,指数值1.10~2.17)和低水平(Ⅲ级,指数值1.09);非流行期较高水平(Ⅰ级,指数值1.06~2.08)、中等水平(Ⅱ级,指数值0.04~1.05)和低水平(Ⅲ级,指数值0.03)。结论“流感指数”是结合青海省流感流行期和非流行期监测数据分别设计、制定并转化为实际应用的新尝试,有实际应用加之和良好社会效益。Objective To analyze and explore a new model of influenza surveillance data application in Qinghai Province by using stable surveillance data,and to provide evidence for early influenza prevention and control and citizen's travel in Qinghai Province.Methods Based on the 50th quartile(P50),75th quartile(P75)and 95th quartile(P95)of the percentage of influenza-like cases in the epidemic and non-epidemic periods in Qinghai Province from 2012 to 2021,the"influenza index"determination equation in Qinghai Province was established by positive detection rate of nucleic acid of Influenza virus every week and the high and low degree score of the outbreak epidemics of the number of influenza-like cases every week and calculating the weight coefficient.Results The"influenza index"in Qinghai Province was categorized into high level(grade Ⅰ,index value of 2.18 to 3.28),medium level(grade Ⅱ,index value of 1.10 to 2.17)and low level(grade Ⅲ,index value of 1.09)in the epidemic period,and high level(grade Ⅰ,index value of 1.06 to 2.08),medium level(grade Ⅱ,index value of 0.04 to 1.05)and low level(grade Ⅲ,index value of 0.03)in the non-epidemic period.Conclusion The"influenza index"is a new attempt to design,formulate and transform into practical application based on the monitoring data of influenza epidemic and non-epidemic period in Qinghai Province,which has practical application and good social benefits.
