摘  要:鼠疫噬菌体作为鼠疫耶尔森菌的细菌病毒,在自然界分布广泛。鼠疫噬菌体的深入认识,将会在鼠疫鉴定与诊断、疾病预防和治疗、生态学研究、微生物进化等方面扮演重要的角色。为了获取更多的鼠疫噬菌体样本,鼠疫自然疫源地不同生物环境因素中鼠疫噬菌体样本的规范采集、处理、保存对其质量有重要影响,鼠疫噬菌体分离培养的优化因素对自然界鼠疫噬菌体数量和种类分离率的提高发挥着重要作用。本文从野生型鼠疫噬菌体采集现场的选择、样本的保存条件、噬菌体的分离方法及其注意事项方面对野生型鼠疫噬菌体的分离技术做一综述。Yersinia pestis phage is widely distributed in nature as a bacterial bacterial of Yersinia pestis.The deep understanding of Yersinia pestis phage will play an important role in plague identification and diagnosis,disease prevention,treatment,ecological studies,and microbial evolution.In order to obtain more Yersinia pestis phage samples,the standardized collection,pretreatment,and preservation of Yersinia pestis phage samples from different bio-environmental factors in the natural foci of plague have an important impact on the quality of the samples,and the optimization factors of Yersinia pestis phage isolation and culture play an essential role in the improvement of the isolation rate of the number and species of Yersinia pestis phages in nature.The paper summarizes the isolation technology of wild-type Yersinia pestis phage including the selection of wild-type Yersinia pestis phage collection sites,the preservation conditions of the samples,methods of phage isolation and their precautions.
