摘　　要：布鲁菌是严重危害人畜健康的病原菌之一,可引起人兽共患传染病布鲁菌病(简称布病),布鲁菌分型在布病的诊断和流行病学调查中发挥着重要作用,其分型技术主要有表型分型和基因分型。前者是传统的分型方法,得到广泛应用,后者是近年的研究重点。本文将近期国内外的布鲁菌分型方法做一综述,以供参考。Brucella is one of the pathogenic bacteria that pose a serious threat to human and animal health,is capable of inducing brucellosis,a zoonotic infectious disease.Brucella typing plays an important role in the diagnosis and epidemiological investigation of brucellosis.Its typing techniques are mainly phenotypic typing and genotyping.The former,being a traditional typing method,has found widespread application,while the latter has emerged as a primary focus of recent research endeavors.This paper reviews the Brucella typing methodologies utilized from both China and the rest of the world,offering insights for future reference.
