摘 要:为了探究天然染料苏木对纯棉老粗布的染色工艺,使用单因素实验法,以硫酸亚铁作为媒染剂,探究染液浓度、媒染剂浓度、染色温度三因素对天然染料苏木染色纯棉老粗布K/S值的影响。进一步使用Box-Behnken响应面法优化染色工艺。结果表明:天然染料苏木上染纯棉老粗布的最佳工艺条件为:染液浓度82.1 g/L、媒染剂浓度3.5 g/L、染色温度60℃;各因素对苏木上染纯棉老粗布的影响顺序为染液浓度>媒染剂用量>染色温度;染色织物的干摩擦色牢度为4-5级,湿摩擦色牢度为3-4级,整体性能有所提高。In the presence of ferrous sulfate mordant,the effects of concentration of dyeing solution,concentration of mordant and dyeing temperature on K/S value of cotton coarse cloth dyed by Sappan Wood natural dye was investigated based on single factor experiment.The Box-Behnken response surface method was used to optimize the dyeing process.The results showed that the optimum process conditions for natural dyeing cotton coarse cloth were as follows:the concentration of dye solution was 82.1 g/L,the concentration of mordant was 3.5 g/L and the dyeing temperature was 60℃.The effect order of these factors for cotton coarse cloth was dye concentration>dosage of mordant>dyeing temperature.The dry rubbing color fastness of dyed fabric was 4-5,the wet rubbing color fastness was 3-4,and the overall performance was improved.
