摘  要:为保证定子整体强度,拼接电机齿轭部分多采用过盈配合方式,这种配合方式对硅钢片产生的应力会影响电机的性能。本文通过有限元仿真分析以及实验验证的方法,对比了采用齿轭拼接过盈配合与间隙配合两种配合方式的电机性能,得到了压应力对硅钢电磁性能的影响规律。In order to ensure the overall strength of the stator,the assembly method of interference fit is mostly adopted between the stator tooth and stator yoke of the splicing motor,and the stress generated by this fitting method on the silicon steel sheet will affect the performance of the motor.In this paper,through the finite element simulation analysis and experimental verification method,the performances were compared on the motors respectively using two kinds of fit modes of interference fit and gap fit between tooth part and yoke part,and the influence law of compressive stress on the electromagnetic performance of silicon steel was obtained.
