摘　　要：对步进梁基座焊缝撕裂故障进行分析及计算,提出相应的改进方法,提高了步进梁基座焊缝的强度,为类似焊接结构件的焊缝强度校验提供了一种分析计算方法。The weld joint tearing fault on walking beam base was analyzed and calculated,and the corresponding improvement methods were proposed in this paper.The practice showed that these methods can improve the weld joint strength of the walking beam base,and can provide an analysis and calculation method for the weld joint strength verification of similar welded structural components.
