汽车电子传感器原位误差自适应校正方法研究

摘  要:传统的汽车电子传感器误差自适应校正方法,只能依赖校准设备,导致误差校正位移值较大,因此设计一种汽车电子传感器原位误差自适应校正方法。采集汽车电子传感器的原位误差数据,并建立测量误差校正模型。基于该模型,设计一种测量误差自适应校正算法。该算法能实时识别和校正传感器的误差,从而提高测量结果的准确性和可靠性。实验结果表明,设计的汽车电子传感器原位误差自适应校正方法,误差校正位移值明显小于其它两种方法,最小值仅为0.07mm,证明该方法能更准确地测量误差并及时校正。The traditional error self-adaptive correction method of automobile electronic sensors can only rely on the calibration equipment,which leads to a larger error correction displacement value.Therefore,a method of in-situ er-ror self-adaptive correction of automobile electronic sensors is designed.The in-situ error data of automobile electron-ic sensors are collected,and the measurement error correction model is established.Based on this model,self-adap-tive error correction algorithm is designed.The algorithm can identify and correct the error of the sensor in real time,so as to improve the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results.The experimental results show that the dis-placement value of the designed self-adaptive correction method for in-situ error of automobile electronic sensors is obviously smaller than that of the other two methods,and the minimum value is only 0.07mm,which proves that the method can measure the error more accurately and correct it in time.
