摘 要:在对机械零件进行加工之时,采取有效技术和措施确保零件加工精度及产品质量非常重要,成为零件加工的一个关键环节。出于对零件加工精度要求的考虑,文章研究一种基于计算机视觉的零件加工在线质量检测技术。主要以IC探针为检测对象,借助Canny算子与改进Zernike矩的亚像素算法执行对探针边缘与缺陷边缘的检测任务,进一步地构建探针表面缺陷特征模型,应用OpenCV视觉处理库处理与识别待检零件图像。文章研究对于机械零件加工质量检验结果质量乃至加工精度的提升具有积极意义。In the processing of mechanical parts,it is very important to take effective technology and measures to en-sure the accuracy of parts processing and product quality,when it is a key link of parts processing.In order to meet the requirement of machining accuracy,this paper studies an on-line quality inspection technology of machining parts based on computer vision,With IC probe as the detection object,Canny operator and improved Zernike moment sub-pixel algorithm are used to detect the probe edge and defect edge.Further,defect feature model of probe surface is constructed,and OpenCV vision processing library is applied to process and identify the image of the part to be in-spected.The research in this paper possesses positive significance for the improvement of machining quality inspec-tion results and machining accuracy of mechanical parts.
