摘  要:常规的智能化计量检定技术以任务分批检定为主,对计量装置的智能化水平要求较高,限制计量检定场景。因此,本次开展互联网时代智能化计量检定技术与应用策略研究。先从相对合成标准、相对扩展两方面,评定智能化计量检定分量相对不确定度,确保检定分量的有效性;然后,安装自校准智能化计量检定装置,使智能化计量表与自校准接线紧密接触,实现智能化计量的自动检定;最后,衔接智能化计量检定数据与互联网,形成完善的检定调节控制单元,使检定数据快速传输到检定中心,实时更新检定数据。实例分析结果,该技术的检定效果更佳,能用于实际生活中。The conventional intelligentized metrological verification technology mainly focuses on the task batch veri-fication,which requires high intelligentized level of metrological devices and limits the metrological verification scene.Therefore,the research on intelligentized metrological verification technology and application strategy in the Internet era is carried out.Firstly,the relative uncertainty of the intelligentized metrological verification component is evaluated from the aspects of relative synthesis standard and relative extension,so as to ensure the validity of the veri-fication component;Then,the self-calibrating intelligentized metrology and verification device is installed to make the intelligentized measuring meter and the self-calibrating wire contact closely to realize the automatic verification of intelligentized measuring;Finally,the intelligentized metrological verification data and the Internet are connected to form a perfect verification regulation control unit,so that the verification data can be quickly transmitted to the verifi-cation center and the verification data can be updated in real time.The result of the example analysis shows that the verification effect of this technology is better and can be applied in the real life.
