摘　　要：目的探索不同部位动脉瘤样骨囊肿的临床特点及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析广州市妇女儿童医疗中心2018年11月收治的1例颅内动脉瘤样骨囊肿的临床资料,并结合相关文献复习。结果患儿术前核磁共振(MRI)提示枕骨斜坡内囊性病灶,符合动脉瘤样骨囊肿改变。手术方式为经口腔咽后壁枕骨斜坡肿瘤切除术,无并发症发生。术后患儿临床症状消失,随访20个月无复发。结论外科手术是治疗动脉瘤样骨囊肿的主要方式。发生于枕骨斜坡的动脉瘤样骨囊肿罕见,手术切除是安全有效的治疗方式。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of aneurysmal bone cysts(ABCs).Methods The clinical data of a child with intracranial ABCs admitted to Guangzhou Women and Children s Medical Center in November 2018 were analyzed retrospectively,and the relevant literature were reviewed.Results The preoperative magnetic resonance(MRI)revealed a cystic lesion within the clivus of the occipital bone,the imaging features of which were consistent with ABCs.A piecemeal resection by transoropharyngal approach was performed uneventfully.The preoperative symptoms resolved.There was no recurrence during a follow-up period of 20 months.Conclusions Surgery is the main method for treating ABCs.An extremely rare case of a clival ABCs is reported and surgical resection is a safe and effective treatment.
