摘　　要：目的提高对脊髓硬脊膜动静脉瘘(SDAVF)诊断及治疗的认识。方法回顾性分析山东第一医科大学第一附属医院神经外科2021年3月收治的1例SDAVF患者的临床资料,并对相关文献进行复习。结果在排除脊髓损伤、脊髓血肿和麻醉等相关并发症后,给予甲强龙冲击治疗,患者的临床症状恶化;行脊髓血管造影后诊断为SDAVF,手术予以切除,最终恢复良好。结论快速、准确地诊断对于SDAVF的预后尤为重要。不恰当的治疗方法亦会对疾病的转归造成一定影响,应尽快手术切除。Objective To improve the understanding of diagnosis and treatment of spinal dural arteriovenous fistula(SDAVF).Methods The clinical data of a patient with SDAVF admitted to Department of Neurosurgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University in March 2021 were analyzed retrospectively,and the relevant literature were reviewed.Results After excluding complications of spinal cord injury,spinal cord hematoma,and anesthesia,methylprednisolone shock therapy was administered.Then the clinical symptoms worsened.After undergoing spinal cord angiography,the diagnosis was SDAVF.It was surgically removed and the patient ultimately recovered well.Conclusions Rapid and accurate diagnosis is particularly important for the prognosis of SDAVF,and inappropriate treatment methods can also have a certain impact on disease progression.Surgical resection should be performed as soon as possible.
