核电站厂房大型混凝土墙切割及断面处理施工技术

摘  要:在“双碳”背景下,核电从单一发电到居民供暖,再到工业供汽,核能正在综合利用领域逐步摸索进化,从“单一型选手”向“多功能互补”转变。核电在转变进化过程中,厂房的结构改造越来越多,包括结构的拆除、开孔、增加结构和增加其他功能等。核电厂房物项繁多、结构复杂、墙体宽厚、钢筋密集和混凝土强度等级高,加上在运行期间,实施窗口受限;因此,针对核电厂房的改造难度大,传统的改造工艺已无法满足需要。通过对某核电站某项目闸门井改造施工技术进行研究,采用绳锯模块式切割拆除大型钢筋混凝土墙体,断面处理选用新型材料硅烷浸渍剂对灌浆层表面进行防腐处理,很好地解决核电升级转型过程中涉及大型混凝土墙体改造的需求。Under the background of"double carbon",nuclear power is gradually exploring and evolving in the field of comprehensive utilization,from single power generation to residential heating to industrial steam supply,from"single player"to"multi-functional complementarity".In the process of transformation and evolution of nuclear power,the structural transformation of the plant is more and more,including the removal of the structure,opening,adding structure,adding other functions and so on.The nuclear power plant has many items,complex structure,wide and thick walls,dense steel bars,high concrete strength grade,and the implementation window is limited during operation.Therefore,it is difficult to transform the nuclear power plant.The traditional transformation process has been unable to meet the needs.Through the research on the construction technology of the gate shaft reconstruction of a certain project of a nuclear power plant,the large reinforced concrete wall was cut and dismantled by rope saw module,and the silane impregnating agent,a new material,was selected to treat the surface of the grouting layer.It well solves the needs of large-scale concrete wall transformation in the process of nuclear power upgrading and transformation.
