摘  要:蒸烤箱漏气漏水问题是行业的核心难点之一,门密封系统可靠性是产品质量的重要指标。本文从方案设计确认,然后进行实际测试验证,反复分析、验证及改善,解决测试出现各种异常。各问题都是环环相扣。门的密封性能主要与门的结构、门玻璃的平整度、腔体前板铆接高度、密封圈的设计过盈量、密封圈的硬度、密封圈老化变形量、密封圈的尺寸控制、腔体气压的大小等相关。解决门漏气漏水问题是一个系统工程,各模块均需要有合理有效的方案去控制。通过控制门玻璃平整度,使用检具通止规检验前板密封槽尺寸,控制腔体铆接高度在公差范围内。根据实际情况对密封圈进行设计补尝,适当增加密封圈密封边厚度,选择合适的密封圈硬度值,配制合理开门力,使用工装检查并控制密封圈批量尺寸稳定性。最终,解决蒸烤箱漏气漏水的重要技术难题。The problem of steam oven leakage is one of the core difficulties of the industry,and the reliability of the door sealing system is an important indicator of product quality.This paper from the scheme design confirmation,and then the actual test verification,repeated analysis,verification and improvement,to solve various anomalies in the test.The problems are all connected.The sealing performance of thedoor is mainly related to the structure of the door,theflatness of the door glass,the riveting height of the front plate of the cavity,the design interference amount of the seal ring,the hardness of the sealring,the aging deformation ofthe sealring,the size controlofthesealring,thesizeof the chamber air pressure,etc.Solving the problem of door leakage is a systematic project,and each module needs a reasonable and effective plan to control it.By controlling the flatness of the door glass,the size of the front plate sealing slot is checked by the check tool and the riveting height of the cavity is controlled within the tolerance range.According to the actual situation,the sealing ring is designed and tested,the sealing edge thickness of the sealing ring is appropriately increased the proper sealing ring hardness value is selected,the reasonable opening force is prepared,and the batch dimensional stability ofthe sealingring is checked and controlled withthetooling.Finally,solvethe important technical problems of steam oven leakage.
