摘 要:在大规模绿色制氢方面,碱性水电解制氢是一种相对成熟的技术,对碱性水电解制氢装置进行建模是理解、分析和优化碱性水电解制氢过程及相关设备的有效途径。目前,虽然存在多种研究碱性水电解制氢装置的模型,但缺乏对模型发展现状及其存在问题的总结。针对碱性水电解制氢装置模型的研究进展进行了综述,首先对3种主要的水电解制氢技术进行了对比,并对碱性水电解制氢装置采用的电解槽的工作原理进行了介绍;然后从稳态模型和动态模型的角度总结了基于碱性水电解制氢装置建立的模型;最后针对碱性水电解制氢装置组成部分的研发现状进行了介绍。分析结果显示:1)3种主要的水电解制氢技术分别为碱性水电解制氢、质子交换膜水电解制氢和固体氧化物水电解制氢。2)目前商业上碱性水电解制氢装置采用的电解槽的制氢效率在59%~70%之间,许多研究都集中在通过改变电解槽运行条件和创新其相关部件来提高其制氢效率方面。3)碱性水电解制氢装置的稳态模型主要包括热力学模型和电化学模型,动态模型一般包括气体纯度模型和热模型。研究结果可为进一步改进碱性水电解制氢装置建模提供理论和技术支撑。In terms of large-scale green hydrogen production,alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production is a relatively mature technology.Modeling alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment is an effective tool for understanding,analyzing,and optimizing the alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production process and related equipment.Although there are various models for studying alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment,there is a lack of summary of the current development status and existing problems of the models.This paper provides a review of the research progress on the model of alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment.Firstly,three main water electrolysis hydrogen production technologies are compared,and the working principle of the electrolytic cell used in the alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment is introduced.Then,the models based on the alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment are summarized from the perspectives of steady-state and dynamic models.Finally,the research and development status of the components of the alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment is introduced.The research results show that:1)Three main water electrolysis hydrogen production technologies are alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production,proton exchange membrane water electrolysis hydrogen production,and solid oxide water electrolysis hydrogen production.2)At present,the hydrogen production efficiency of the electrolytic cells used in commercial alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production devices ranges from 59%to 70%.Many studies have focused on improving the hydrogen production efficiency by changing the operating conditions of the electrolytic cells and innovating their related components.3)The steadystate model of alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment mainly includes thermodynamic model and electrochemical model;The dynamic model of alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment generally inc
