摘　　要：全身麻醉药对冠心病患者的副作用受到越来越多临床医师的关注,现就冠心病患者病理生理特点、全身麻醉药的作用机制及其在围手术期冠心病患者中的使用风险、风险的预防与控制以及麻醉风险的预防措施等做一综述,对于提高围手术期冠心病患者麻醉风险的预防和控制具有重要的临床意义。At present,the side effects of general anesthetics used in surgical treatment on patients with coronary heart disease have attracted more and more attention from clinicians.This article reviews the latest research on the pathophysiological characteristics of patients with coronary heart disease,the role mechanism of general anesthetics,the risk of use in patients with coronary heart disease,the risk of anesthesia and preventive measures,which has important clinical significance for enhancing the clinical prevention and control of risk of anesthesia in patients with coronary heart disease.
