摘 要:在线热处理是百米U75V钢轨的主要强韧化手段。热处理过程中会出现由于钢轨纵向(长度方向)不同位置进入热处理机组前所经历的自然空冷时间不同而导致纵向开淬温度不一致的问题。开淬温度是影响百米钢轨纵向性能均匀性的重要因素。研究了U75V钢轨轧后自然空冷过程的温度和固态相变特性。按目前生产流程,钢轨轧制和热处理工艺间的时间间隔应小于238 s。生产时采用对轧后钢轨的后端适当补热以及缩短轧制和热处理的时间间隔等方法来减小钢轨纵向开淬温差,有利于提高百米钢轨纵向性能均匀性。Online heat treatment is the main method for strengthening and toughening the 100-meter U75V steel rail.Due to the different air cooling times before entering the heat treatment unit,the quenching temperature at different longitudinal(length direction)positions of the steel rail is different during the heat treatment.Quenching temperature is an important factor affecting the uniformity of longitudinal performance of 100-meter steel rail.The temperature and solid-state phase transition characteristics during the air cooling of U75V steel rail after rolling were studied.According to the current production process,the time interval between rolling and heat treatment of steel rail should be less than 238 s.Appropriate heating of the rear end of the steel rail before heat treatment,or shortening the time interval between rolling and heat treatment,was used to reduce the longitudinal quenching temperature difference of the steel rail,which was beneficial for improving the longitudinal performance uniformity of the 100-meter steel rail.
